Diplomas giving ceremony for the first drawing competition: "Designing bracelets for the children of the Balms Foundation for Children"

The pandemic in which we are immersed has prevented us, both this year and last year, from holding all the events that we normally organise to collaborate with our Balms Foundation for Children: golf tournaments, charity dinners, paddle tennis championships, etc. 

That's why this year we held a drawing competition between the Balms Bgi children. At the beginning of the summer, we came up with the idea of designing and selling solidarity bracelets, so that we could help our Foundation in a  different way. Right now is the time when the children need our help the most and we have to do everything we can to give them a hand.

As a result of the idea of the bracelets and thinking about their design, we organised a drawing competition. It was the summer season, the children were all on holiday... why not ask them if they wanted to collaborate with the Balms Foundation for Children? And that's how this first drawing competition came about: designing bracelets for the children of the Balms Foundation for Children. We told all the mini-Balms and mini-BGI, that is, all the children of the Balms and BGI family about our idea, and they were excited and happy to get down to work. The idea that their drawings could help other children was what motivated them the most to participate.

Throughout the summer we have been receiving many drawings, so many and all so beautiful, that in the end it was impossible to decide on a winner. That is why we have designed three models of bracelets in which we have included a detail of each of the drawings received. 

Last Thursday 21st October, we celebrated a party at the Marbella office for all the children who participated. We had a snack, we danced, we played around and gave them a diploma as a thank you for their participation, a bag of sweeties and their bracelet. 

And now comes the second part: the sale of the bracelets. And this is when we ask for your collaboration. They are already available in any of our offices and soon we will be able to buy them through our website.
