BGI Spain - Justice communicates to the courts its duty to summon the companies sued at home and not telematically

The Constitutional Court has ruled that the first location for companies in the authorised electronic address violates their right to effective judicial protection.

BGI España - Justicia comunica a los tribunales su deber de citar a las empresas demandadas en su domicilio y no telemáticamente

As a consequence of the Constitutional Court Decision 47/2019 of April 8 in the procedure called by the Lawyer of BALMS ABOGADOS MADRID, Mr. Daniel Álvarez de Blas, the Ministry of Justice, through the Secretary General of the Administration of Justice, has informed all government secretaries of the Superior Courts of Justice, National Court and the Supreme Court their obligation to notify the citation or first location to companies and other legal persons sued in person at their home, and not telematically through the electronic address enabled by the Ministry of Finance to receive notifications from the different agencies of the General State Administration.
